HomeMy WebLinkAboutCSTOC Unscheduled Vacancy 2026 City of Atascadero CITY CLERK’S OFFICE T:\City Clerk\Maddy Act PosƟng\CSTOC_Unscheduled Vacancy 3_6_26.docx REVMar-26 NOTICE OF UNSCHEDULED VACANCY CITIZEN’S SALES TAX OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (CSTOC) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that one (1) unscheduled vacancy currently exists on the CiƟzen’s Sales Tax Oversight CommiƩee (CSTOC) for an at-large term ending January 31, 2027. The CiƟzens’ Sales Tax Oversight CommiƩee (CSTOC) was established for the oversight of the 2014 Sales Tax Measure. The CommiƩee annually reviews revenues and expenditures from the collecƟon of the tax created by the adopƟon of Ordinance No. 581, and also reviews the Annual Road Report prepared by the City. The CommiƩee shall, through the City Manager or her designee, submit the CommiƩee’s findings and conclusions to the City Council. The CiƟzen's Sales Tax Oversight CommiƩee is comprised of nine community members; seven members appointed to the CommiƩee by individual Atascadero community groups and two members appointed by the City Council. Appointees shall be residents of the City; however, no member of the CommiƩee shall be an elected official.
