There is one existing residence on site which will remain. A carport is proposed to be attached at the existing residence to provide cover ed parking. A proposed site plan, elevations, color board, and conceptual landscape plan have been submitted for design review. A Tree Removal Permit to remove one 40” black walnut tree will be reviewed by the Planning Commission. General Plan Designation: Medium Density Residential (MDR) Zoning District: Residential Multi-Family (RMF-10) Proposed Environmental Determination: The project qualifies for a Class 3 CEQA exemption (CEQA Guidelines §15303) for new construction of a limited number of small structures.
