AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO AND THE
BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA
PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of
Atascadero and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is
hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit, and by such
reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Atascadero is hereby authorized, empowered, and
directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance, cause it to be entered into the City of Atascadero's book of original ordinances, make
a note of the passage and adoption in the records of this meeting and within fifteen (15) days
after the passage and adoption of this Ordinance, cause it to be published or posted in accordance
with California law.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance will take effect 30 days after the date of its final passage
and adoption and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on April 23, 2019 and PASSED
and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Atascadero, State of California,
on May 14, 2019.
