STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ORDINANCE NO. 96
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ARTICLE 10 OF THE SANITATION
DISTRICT CODE REGARDING SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
The Board of Directors of the Atascadero County Sanitation District does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 4 of Article 10, Section (m) of the Atascadero
County Sanitation District Code, is amended to read as follows:
Section 11.1
Charge
(m) (i) Laundry/Laundromat $145.85
(ii) Dry Cleaners; basic commercial rate 3.23
plus per washing machine installed 4.88
Section 2. The District Secretary shall cause this Ordinance to be
published once within fifteen (15) days after its passage in the Atascadero
News, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in the District; shall certify the adoption and publication of this Ordinance;
and shall cause this Ordinance and its certification to be entered in the
Book of Ordinances of the District.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall go into effect and be in full force and
effect at 12:01 on the thirty—first (31st) day after passage.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced, adopted and ordered published
at a meeting of the District Board of Directors held on January 28, 1,98.5 by
the following vote:
AYES: Director Molina, Handshy, Norris and Mackey and Director Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
