PUBLIC COMMENTS
The public may speak on issues other than those scheduled for discussion. Each speak is allowed up to three (3)
minutes to present their contnaents. A maximum of thirty (30) minutes will be allowed f 3r public comments. Each
person to speak shall provide their name and address for the record.
SCHEDULED BUSINESS:
1. MOTION: We resolve to form a North County organization o advise County, State &
Federal Governments and Regulatory Agencies re arding issues of common
interest.
2. DISCUSS: North County organization structure options - Ad Hoc Committee,
Memorandum of Agreement, or Joint Powers Ag cement/Authority.
MOTION: We resolve to explore these opti ns more fully within our
respective communities and rec nvene within 90 days to
establish a preferred approach.
