MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER:
Vice Chairperson Jones opened the meeting at 3:59 p.m., and asked everyone present
to take a moment to introduce themselves.
Committee Member Giessinger arrived at 4:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Committee Members Anderson, Argano, Bruzzo, Cornejo,
Giessinger, Hannemann and Vice Chairperson Jones
Vacant: One vacant seat
Absent: Committee Member Bianchi
Staff Present: Public Works Director Nick DeBar and Deputy City Clerk Amanda
Muther
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Committee Member Argano and seconded by Committee
Member Giessinger to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 7:0 by a voice vote. (Bianchi absent & one vacancy)

A. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Citizens' Sales Tax Oversight Committee CSTOC Draft Action Minutes -
January 7 2019
■ Recommendation: Committee approve the CSTOC Draft Action Minutes of the
January 7, 2019 CSTOC meeting. [City Clerk]
MOTION: By Committee Member Argano and seconded by Committee
Member Cornejo to approve the CSTOC Draft Action Minutes of
the January 7, 2019 CSTOC meeting.
Motion passed 7:0 by a voice vote. (Bianchi absent & one vacancy)
B. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS: None,
C. BUSINESS ITEMS:
1. Election of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the Atascadero Citizens'
Sales Tax Oversight Committee
MOTION: By Committee Member Argano and seconded by Committee _
Member Anderson to elect Committee Member Jones as the
CSTOC Chairperson.
Motion passed 7:0 by a voice vote. (Bianchi absent & one vacancy)
MOTION: By Committee Member Bruzzo and seconded by Committee
Member Argano to elect Committee Member Hannemann as the
CSTOC Vice Chairperson.
Motion passed 7:0 by a voice vote. (Bianchi absent & one vacancy)
2. Measure F-14 Program Updates
• Fiscal Impact: None. ^
■ Recommendation: Committee receive and file staff report on Measure F-14
program updates. [Public Works]
Public Works Director DeBar gave the presentation and answered questions from the
Committee.
MOTION: By Committee Member Anderson and seconded by Committee
Member Argano to receive and file staff report on Measure F-14
Program updates.
Motion passed 7:0 by a voice vote. (Bianchi absent & one vacancy)
