PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the time of the scheduled
Special Closed Session of the Atascadero City Council, prior
to its Regular Meeting this Monday, 8/12/85 , has been changed
to 6: 30 p.m. instead of 7 :00 , in the Club Room on the 4th
Floor of the City Administration Building. The purpose of
the meeting is to discuss labor negotiations.

will hold a special closed session at 7 :00 p.m. , Monday,
August 12 , prior to the regularly scheduled Council Meeting
at 7 : 30 p.m. , in the Club Room on the fourth floor of the
City Administration Building. The purpose of the meeting is
to discuss labor negotiations.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held
before the Atascadero City Council to consider the approval of
an ordinance providing for a $. 50 per square footDevelopment
Mitigation Tax on new residential, commercial and industrial con-
struction.
Said Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 12 , 1985 ,
at 7: 30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of the Administration Building,
6500 Palma Ave. ,_ Atascadero, at which hearing any person inter-
ested may appear and express their views for or against or in
modification of the Development Mitigation Tax_Ordinan
