AMENDMENT TO THE ATASCADERO
CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA
Tuesday, May 26, 2020, 5:30 P.M.
Item C-2 of the agenda is amended as follows:
2. Consideration of Sales Tax Measure
Fiscal Impact: Directing staff to bring back a draft ordinance and resolutions
necessary to place a sales tax measure on the November 2020 ballot would
involve a small amount of staff time.
Recommendations: Council:
1. Direct staff to prepare a resolution and ordinance for City Council
consideration at the July 14, 2020 meeting to place a one cent local sales
tax override measure on the November 2020 ballot; and,
2. Provide staff direction on what should be included in the draft ordinance.
