Special Meeting
July 14, 1984, 9: OO a.m.
Atascadero Administration Building
The meeting was called to order at 9 :00 a.m. by Mayor Nelson.
Present: Councilmen Handshy and Molina, Councilwomen Mackey and Norris and
Mayor Nelson.
Absent: None
The council adjourned to closed session to discuss personnel matters at 9 :02.
Council reconvened to special budget meeting at 9: 50 a.m.
Mayor Nelson discussed each department's budget with comments welcomed from
each department head.
Meeting recessed at 11: 00 for a break, reconvening at 11: 08 .
Mayor Nelson asked Ralph Dowell, Finance Director, to prepare__ a revised
budget for council approval .at Council Meeting of August 13, 1984.
Meeting adjourned at 1: 35 p.m.
