1. Public Hearing to consider a request for change of zone on
property located at the SE corner of El Bordo and E1 Camino
(9955 and 9975 El Camino Real) as requested by Goldie Wilson
property owner, and expanded by Planning Commission. Request
to change from RMF-16 to CR. Negative Declaration to be
certified by City Council.
2. Presentation by Quad Consultants regarding Public Facilities
Study.
