DEVELOPMENT PROJECT REVIEW
2. DESIGN REVIEW OF CONTRACT CONSTRUCTION YARD AND OFFICE AT
1680 EL CAMINO REAL.
The project includes development of a contract construction yard and office. The
site is currently operating as described. Approval of the building permit will bring
the use into conformance with current codes. The project includes the addition of
a parking area, frontage improvements and landscaping, an accessory structure
constructed of cargo containers, and 9,996 square feet of outdoor storage.
Recommendation: Staff requests the DRC review the proposed design and
direct the applicant to make any modifications to the site or building design as
necessary. (PRE19-0047)
