Review and discuss the 2019-2021 Action Plan
***At the discretion of the Mayor, and as time permits, Public Comment
will be open during the discussion of the above topics.***
ADJOURNMENT: The Council will adjourn to Saturday, February 1, 2020, at
9:00 A.M. to continue the Workshop.

c. Blighted Properties
d. Downtown Infrastructure Enhancement Plan
e. Disposition of East Mall properties
f. Shopping Cart Ordinance
g. Community Facilities District 2005-1
h. Cannabis

3. Other Council Topics

ADJOURNMENT: The Council will adjourn to the next Regular Session on
Tuesday, February 11, 2020.
Please note: The City Council will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Members of the public planning to attend
should provide their own meals.
