(The Public Financing Authority (PFA) is a public corporation empowered to borrow
money and issue bonds. The City of Atascadero formed the PFA in 2004 to assist in
raising capital for essential public projects.)

Chairperson Moreno called the meeting to order at 8:09 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Fonzi, Funk, Newsom, Vice Chairperson
Bourbeau, and Chairperson Moreno
Absent: None
Staff Present: City Manager Rachelle Rickard, Administrative Services Director
Jeri Ranael, Community Development Director Phil Dunsmore,

MOTION: By Vice Chairperson Bourbeau and seconded by Board
Member Fonzi to approve the agenda.
