NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 54354. 5 of the California Government Code
' and Ordinance No. l of the Atascadero County Sanitation District,
by which delinquent service charges may be collected on the General
County Tax Bill, the City Council of the City of Atascadero, acting
as the Governing Board of said _District, in its meeting on the 25th
day of July, 1983, will accept reports of the parcels proposed to
be charged for delinquent service charges on the 1983-84 tax roll
in the Atascadero County Sanitation District. A public hearing will
be held on the 25th day of July, 1983, at 7 : 30 p.m. in the Rotunda
Room, City Administration- Building, 6500 Palma, Atascadero, Califor-
nia, regarding these proposed assessments for delinquent service
charges. All property owners of parcels proposed to be charged for
delinquent service charges have been notified by U. S. Mail.
' The parcel reports will be on file in the Office of the Sec-
retary of the Atascadero County Sanitation District, Administration
Building, 6500 Palma, Room 207, Atascadero, California, on and after
July 18, 1983, and will be available for public inspection.
