Ordinance No. 68 consists of the following: - Title 9 (Zoning Regulations) Official Zoning Maps Title 9 would replace all existing zoning -"regulations pre- viously in effect and known as Title 22- and would replace certain specified regulations in Title 19 ( Building and Construction Regulations) . The Official Zoning Maps would implement the Citywide Rezoning Program and are intended to bring zoning into conformance with the new zoning regula- tions and the Atascadero General Plan. Title 9 can be summarized as follows : Chapter 1. Enactment, Administration and Amendment Chapter 2 . Applications - Content,; Processing and ' Time Limits Chapter 3. Zoning Districts Chapter 4 . General Site Design and Development Standards Chapter 5. reserved Chapter 6. Special Uses Chapter 7 Nonconforming Uses ' Chapter 8. Enforcement Chapter 9. General Definitions The Official Zoning Maps which consist of twenty-five maps at a scale of 1"=400' cannot be adequately summarized for the purpose of this notice. When adopted, the Ordinance willinclude a more complete summary of Title 9 and the Official Zoning Maps.
