HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Notice 060283 PUBLIC NOTICE - WEED ABATEMENT ' NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of May, 1983 , the Atascadero City Council passed Resolution No. 24-83 declaring ' that all noxious or dangerous weeds, or other flammable material that endangers the public safety by creating a fire hazard found upon or in front of property described in said resolution, shall 1 constitute a public nuisance which must be abated by removal of said flammable or dangerous weeds and material. Reference is ' hereby made to said resolution for further particulars. If said nuisance is not abated by the property owner, it will be abated ' by City authorities in which case the cost of such removal shall 1 be assessed upon the lots and land from which or in front of which such weeds are removed, and such cost will constitute a lein upon such lots or lands until paid. All property owners having any objections to the proposed re- moval of such weeds are hereby notified to attend a meeting of the Atascadero City Council to be held June 13, 1983, when their ' objections will be heard and given due consideration.
