The meetingwas called to order at 5 :40 .m. in Room 207.

Present: Councilmen Mackey, Molina, Stover and Wilkins
Absent: Mayor Nelson
The meeting was adjourned to closed session at 5 :42 p.m. to
discuss labor relations.
Mayor Nelson arrived during closed session at 5:46 p.m.
The meeting returned to regular session at 7 :10 P•m• r at
which time they adjourned.
