City Council meeting of Monday, December 27, 1982, is
cancelled due to the lack of a quorum. The next regular
meeting is Monday, January 10, 1983, at 7 :30 p.m. in the
Rotunda Room, Administration Building, Atascadero, Cali-
fornia.
