NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council will
' consider , at their meeting on August 23, 1982, at 7:30 p:m. in
the Rotunda Room, Administration Building, 6500 Palma Avenue,
Atascadero, California, the request of Wil-Mar Disposal Company
for an increase in rates for garbage collection and disposal ser-
' vices as follows:
