NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council will
hold a public hearing on August 9 , 1982, at 7: 30 p.m. in the Ro-
tunda Room, Administration Building, 6500 Palma Avenue, Atasca-
dero, California; for the purpose of adopting the final budget
for Fiscal Year 1982-83. The budget will identify the use of
$309,600 of Revenue Sharing Funds for the purchase of specific
capital items. Citizens of Atascadero are invited to attend said
' hearing and provide either written or oral comments regarding use
of said funds. The total funds available for Fiscal Year 1982-
83, including Fiscal Year 1981-82 reserve and carryover, is
$4,513,088 of which $4,094,937 is appropriated for the operating
budget and $418,151 appropriated to Reserve Accounts. Copies of
the Preliminary Budget are available for review in the Public
Library, 6500 Palma Avenue, Atascadero, California.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council will
' hold a public hearing on August 9 , 1982 at 7: 30 p.m. in the Ro-
tunda Room, Administration Building, 6500 Palma Avenue, Atasca-
dero, California; for the purpose of receiving objections of any
property owners assessed during the annual weed abatement pro-
gram. Any property owner affected thereby may make protests in
writing or in person at said public hearing. The list of charges
' to property owners affected will be available in the Office of
the City Clerk, Room 201, Administration Building, 6500 Palma
Avenue and at the Fire Department, 6005 Lewis Avenue, Atascadero,
on Wednesday, August 4, 1982. Any charges not paid prior to this
rhearing or adjusted by City Council as a result of the hearing
will be forwarded to the County Tax Collector for inclusion in
' the regular property tax bill Payments may be made at the Fire
' Department at the above listed address between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily.
