NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing, as
' provided by law, will be held before the Atascadero
City Council to consider changes to the circulation
policy provisions of the Atascadero General Plan as

summarized below:
1. Highway 41 shall be not realigned and improved
eastward of U. S. 101.
2. Curbaril Avenue shall be designated an alter-
native route for Highway 41 eastbound from
U. S. 101 to the Salinas River.
Said public hearing will be held before the City
Council on November 10, 1980, at 7: 30 p.m. in the Rotunda
Room of the AdministrationBuilding, 6500 Palma Avenue,
,
Atascadero, California; at which hearing any person inter-
ested may appear and express their views for, against
or in modification of the circulation policies listed above.
