NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings, as. provided
' by law, will be held before the Planning Commission and Council of
the City of Atascadero to consider the application of Floyd, Slote
' (Robert Hilliard) for a Tentative Parcel Map (CO 79-81) to allow
' a re-subdivision of two lots totaling 10 acres into 4 parcels of
2. 5 acres each. The site is located on the south side of San
Gabriel Road, west of Atascadero Avenue in the City of Atascadero,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Legal description
being Lots 12 and 13, Block 33, Atascadero Colony.
Said public hearings will be held before the Planning
Commission on Monday, March 17, 1980, and before the City Council
' on Monday, March 24, 1980, at 7: 30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of the
Administration Building, 6500 Lewis Avenue, Atascadero, California;
at which said public hearings, any person interested, may appear
and express their views for or against or in modification of the
proposed project.
