NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City
of Atascadero will hold a public hearing to consider an
eight month extension of the interim urgency ordinance
establishing a moratorium on condominium, condominium
conversions and like uses. This proposed extension would
allow ongoing studies of rules and regulations governing
such uses to be completed.
Said public hearing will be held on Monday, March 10,
1980, at 7:30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of the Adminis-
tration Building, 6500 Lewis Avenue, Atascadero, California.
Any interested person may appear and express view for,
1 against, or in modification of the proposed ordinance.
