NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings, as provided
by law, will be held before the Planning Commission and Council
of the City of Atascadero to consider amendment of Title 22
(ZONING) of the Atascadero Municipal Code in order to establish
appropriate procedures and regulations to govern condominiums,
community apartments, and stock cooperatives and conversion to
' such uses.
Said public hearings will be held before the Planning
Commission on January 21, 1980, and before the City Council on
' January 28, 1980, at 7 : 30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of the
Administration Building, 6500 Lewis Avenue, Atascadero, California;
at which said public hearings, any person interested, may appear
and express their views for or against or in modification of the
proposed project.
