NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City
of Atascadero will hold a public hearing to receive public
comments about placing a four month moratorium on the con-
version of apartments to condominiums. This proposed
moratorium would allow development and adoption of rules
and regulations governing the granting of conversions to
1 condominiums.
Said public hearing will be held on WEDNESDAY,
NOVEMBER 14, 1979, at 7: 30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of
the Administration Building, 6501 Lewis Avenue, Atascadero,
California; at which hearing any interested person may
appear and express views for, against or in modification
of the proposed moratorium.
