Overview and discussion of accomplishments over the past two years.
3. Insights from Interviews
Discussion regarding information gathered from Corragio Group’s interviews with the
Council and Department Heads.
4. Council Norms
Discussion on how the Council will agree to work together.
5. Trends
Discussion of external trends that may impact future planning.
6. Overview of Day 2
***At the discretion of the Mayor, and as time permits, Public Comment
will be open during the discussion of the above topics.***
COMMUNITY FORUM:
ADJOURNMENT: The Council will adjourn to Saturday, January 26, 2019,
8:30 A.M. to continue the Strategic Planning Workshop.

ADJOURNMENT: The Council will adjourn to the next Regular Session on
Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
Please note: The City Council will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Members of the public planning to attend
should provide their own meals.
