RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE VEHICLES ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Atascadero does hereby
authorize the Procurement Division, Department of General Services of the State of
California, to purchase vehicles for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero pursuant to
Section 10324 of the California Public Contract Code, and that the City Manager, is
hereby directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in
connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Council Member Luna, and seconded by Council Member Clay, the
foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Clay, Johnson, Luna, Scalise and Mayor Arrambide
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: February 26, 2002
