A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO AMENDING THE CITY'S FACILITY POLICIES,
PROCECURES AND FEES.
WHEREAS, The City of Atascadero (herein referred to as "City") is a public entity
established under the laws of California, and
WHEREAS, The Government Code provides that fees may be collected for City facilities;
and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to establish user fees and deposits, which cover the cost of
providing services requested; and
WHEREAS, the revised City Facility Policies, Procedures and Fees shall be adopted as
proposed in Attachment 1; and
WHEREAS, the amended City Facility Policies, Procedures and Fees shall become effective
on May 1, 2001.
IT IS NOW RESOLVED THAT:
On Motion by Council Member Johnson and seconded by Council Member Clay, the
foregoing Resolution was adopted on the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Council Members Clay, Johnson, Luna and Scalise
NOES: Mayor Arrambide
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: January 23, 2001
