Security Fencing was not included in Contractor's Bid Proposal. The City agreed to pay for "basic" chain ling:

if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may be noted
above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment

The Contract Documents are modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order:

Per your request here is the quote information for your temporary fencing needs. Fence Factory is a
nonunion company. This is a bid at prevailing wage and certified payroll will be done.
The cost below includes the delivery, installation and removal of 528 ft. of 6' chain-link panels with shade cloth
and three gravel bags per stand with one 6'x4' walk gate. This quote will cover a six-month period from the time
of installation.

bags per stand with one 6'x4' walk gate. This quote will cover a six-month period from the time of installation.
Total as listed $2,127.60
Once the initial contract ends, after 6 months, you will be invoiced at a monthly fee that is determined
by multiplying 15% of the initial bill and any change orders where material was added to site. Fence line is to be
cleared for easy access. We reserve the right to invoice for actual footage of material installed on site and
additional labor hours if there are labor difficulty or delays beyond our control.
Extra trips made to the site for repairs, relocations, or partial removals will be billed separately at
$250.00 per trip plus an hourly rate of $130.00 per hour, per two-man crew. Overtime when applicable is at
375.00 per two-man crew per hour, includes truck, tools and equipment. Damaged materials are billed
separately at time of removal.
