Regarding 8030/8040 El Camino Real, Atascadero, California
To The City Council of Atascadero,
I am respectfully requesting to be put on the agenda at the next or the soonest possible
future City Council meeting to discuss waiving of the Impact Fees which will exceed
$11,500. for an existing space in an already established large unit. My hope is to turn an
established residential space into a studio apartment in order to better utilize the space
and to establish an additional unit to the housing shortage in Atascadero.
Thank you for your attention
Sincerely, -Geo e artsioukas
