Pipe shall be made of PVC plastic having a cell classification of 12454A or 133649 as defined in ASTM 01784 and shall have SDR of 35 and minimum pipe stiffness of 46PSI according to ASTM test 02412. 3. Portland cement concrete and related materials shall be according to Section 90 OF the State Standard Specifications, "Portland Cement Concrete". Portland Cement Concrete shall have a 28 -day compressive strength with 3500 pounds per inch or greater. 4. Reinforcement steel shall be according to Section 52 of the State Standard Specifications, "Reinforcement", and the requirements of ASTM A 615 and ASTM 706. S. Asphalt Concrete shall be according to Section 39 of the State Standard Specifications, "Asphalt Concrete," type B asphalt concrete with with 1/2 inch aggregate. S.
