RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO,
CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
AND SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Atascadero wishes to purchase
computer equipment using A131 grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the funds provided under the Citizens Options for Public Safety
Program must be allocated every year for the year's program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Police Chief is hereby
authorized to execute for, and on behalf of, the City of Atascadero, purchases using
AB11 grant funds totaling $51,805.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City council of the City
of Atascadero held on the 27th of January, 1998.
On motion of Councilman Clay and seconded by Councilman Lerno, the
foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Member Clay, Lemo, Luna and Mayor Pro Tem Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Carden
