HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 101-97 RESOLUTION NO. 101-97 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Atascadero does hereby authorize the Procurement Division, Department of General Services of the State of California,to purchase one current 17 passenger wheelchair accessible transit vehicle for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero pursuant to Section 10324 of the California Public Contract Code, and that Brady Cherry, Director of Community Services, is hereby directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Atascadero. I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Atascadero at a meeting thereof held on the 25th day of November, 1997, and that the same now appears of record in my office. On motion by Councilmember Johnson and seconded by Councilmember Luna,the foregoing Resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Clay, Johnson, Lerno, Luna and Mayor Carden NOES: None ABSENT: None ADOPTED: November 25, 1997 ATTEST: CITY OF ATASCADERO >-- By MARCIA M.
