A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
J. MICHAEL FINCH FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER LINES ALONG
CHAUPLIN AVENUE
WHEREAS, Section 50140 et seq. of the Government Code provides for
implementation of a Reimbursement Procedure; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Atascadero finds that the sewer
collection lines constructed by Mr. Finch benefit the adjacent property owners; and
WHEREAS,the Reimbursement Agreement between J. Michael Finch and the
City of Atascadero does comply with all requirements of the Reimbursement Procedures;
NOW, THEREFORE,IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. The Reimbursement Agreement with J. Michael Finch for the construction of
sewer lines along Chauplin Avenue is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City.
2. The City Accountant is hereby authorized and directed to disburse any funds
collected per the conditions listed in the Reimbursement Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Atascadero held October 28, 1997.
