A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE ECONOMIC VITALITY CORPORATION OF SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY
TO PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California, hereby resolves as follows:
1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with: The
Economic Vitality Corporation to provide Economic Development Services; and
all other agreements or documents required to effectuate the terms of
agreement.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor corrections or
modifications of a mathematical or clerical nature.
3. The finance Director is hereby authorized to: Appropriate funds, if necessary,
release and expend funds, and issue warrants to comply with the terms of this
agreement.
4. Resolution No. 91-97 shall supersede the previously adopted Resolution No. 16-
97.
ON MOTION BY Councilmember Lerno and seconded by Councilmember
Clay, the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Carden, Clay, Lerno, Luna and Mayor Johnson
