RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE THE RESCINDING
OF BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL SEASON IN OCTOBER
TO A SINGLE SEASON IN DECEMBER
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California hereby
resolves as follows :
1 . The Department of Community Services is hereby author-
ized to restore the Business License renewal season to
December.
2 . The City Manager is authorized to make any necessary
procedural changes to implement the changes to consoli-
date the renewal billings annually.
3. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to appro-
priate funds budgeted to comply with the implementation
of the Annual Business License Renewal process .
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Atascadero held on the 27th of May, 1997 .
