As outlined in Contract Amendment No. 1 dated February 10, 2016 generally described as Marketing
Services for the City of Atascadero Tourism Business Improvement District ( ATBID) Advisory Board,
including but not limited to;
Revise contract end date to 6/30/2017 with three, one -year renewal options. Contract may not extend
beyond March 10, 2020. Revise Compensation as outlined in attached Exhibit B
The above services not to exceed the revised contractual amount of $235,000
We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the changes proposed and hereby agree, if this
)roposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may be noted above, and
perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefor the prices shown
below.
