A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
ECONOMIC VITALITY CORPORATION OF SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY
TO
ADMINISTER THE CITY'S REVOLVING LOAN FUND BLOCK GRANT
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California, hereby resolves as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with: The
Economic Vitality Corporation to administer the City's Revolving Loan Fund
Block Grant; and all other agreements or documents required to effectuate
the terms of agreement.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor corrections or
modifications of a mathematical or clerical nature.
3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to: Appropriate funds, if neces-
sary, release and expend funds, and issue warrants to comply with the terms
of this agreement.
ON MOTION BY Councilmember Carden , seconded by Councilmember Luna
the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll-call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Carden, Clay, Lerno, Luna and Mayor Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
