HomeMy WebLinkAbout98010-A5 Boy Scouts of America (Approved 2018) AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO LEASE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT NO. 98010) This Amendment No. 5 to Lease Agreement ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 24`h day of January, 2018 by and between the City of Atascadero, a Municipal Corporation, organized and existing under the general laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord", and Charter organizations (Sponsors) for Boy Scouts (units/Troops) of America, Non-profit Organizations in California, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant(s)or Co-Tenants". 1. On August 1', 2007, the Landlord and Co-Tenants entered into a Lease Agreement ("Lease")with regard to the premises described in Exhibit"A"to the Lease. 2. Section 3, Term of Lease, is hereby modified to extend the term of the lease for an additional five (5) years, or until January 31, 2023, subject to sooner termination as provided in the Lease Agreement. 3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all of the remaining terms of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
