RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
NCI AFFILIATES, INCORPORATED
FOR
ANNUAL FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION OPERATION
ATASCADERO LAKE PARR PAVILION FOOD CONCESSION
SEPTEMBER 1, 1996 - AUGUST 31, 1998
The City Council of the City of Atascadero, California, hereby
resolves as follows:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with NCI AFFILIATES INC for food, beer and wine
services concession operation at the Atascadero Lake Park
Pavilion.
2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to make minor
corrections or modifications of a mathematical or
clerical nature.
3 . The Finance Director is hereby authorized to receive 15-
20 percent of the concessions monthly gross sales
receipts according to the terms of the agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the Cite of Atascadero, held on the 13th of August , 1996.
