Project: Processing Commingled Recyclables and Greenwaste

Contractor: North San Luis Obispo County Recycling, Inc.
Purpose of Contract Addendum:
As outlined in Contract Addendum No. 1 dated December 12, 2017, generally described Agreement for
Services of Independent Contractor Processing Commingled Recyclables and Greenwaste, including but
not limited to;
Contractor shall receive and process food waste in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit A.
The provisions of Exhibit B remain in effect except that Contractor shall also charge the City's franchised
hauler:
* $45 per ton for delivered clean food waste. Clean food waste is defined as delivered food waste which
takes Contractor less than 45 minutes to clean.
* $50 per ton for delivered dirty food waste. Dirty food waste is defined as delivered food waste which
takes Contractor at least 45 minutes but no more than 60 minutes to clean.
* $75 per ton for delivered exceptionally dirty food waste. Exceptionally dirty food waste is definied as
delivered food waste which takes Contractor more than 60 minutes to clean.
We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the changes proposed and hereby agree, if this
proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may be noted above, and
perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefor the prices shown
below.

and/or to increase or decrease contract quantities and time, as described above.
