SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL TRACT MAP 42-87
LOCATION: 6875 Tecorida
APPLICANT: Woodglen Development, Ltd. (Cuesta Engineering)
BACKGROUND:
On February 23, 1988, the City Council approved Tentative Tract
Map 42-87 , subject to certain conditions and in concurrence with
the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
At their regular meeting of May 23, 1989, the City Council con-
sidered the above-referenced map as a consent calendar item.
Because of a 2 : 2 vote (no action) by Council, the matter was
continued to the Council meeting of June 13, 1989 . On May 24,
1989, a special meeting of the City Council was arranged for
Tuesday, May 30, 1989 to consider this matter.
RECOMMENDATION:
The required conditions have been complied with and the final map
is recommended for approval .
