ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL

ROLL CALL:
The special meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. in the City Manager's Office,
Room 207, City Administration Building. Present were Councilmembers Luna,
Borgeson and Mayor Nimmo. Councilmember Bewley was absent. One council seat
is vacant.
Others present were Micki Korba, City Treasurer; Lee Price, City Clerk; Andrew J.
Takata, City Manager; Art Montandon, City Attorney and Mike McCain, Fire Chief.
MEETING HIGHLIGHTS:
1. CLOSED SESSION - The City Council met in Closed Session for the purpose of
discussions regarding:
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of Litigation: 1 Potential Case
B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR-Potential Purchase
of Real Property on Del Rio for Fire Station
The Closed Session was adjourned at 5:45 p.m. and Open Session was reconvened.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 23-94 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Atascadero Correcting the Ballot for the Regular Municipal Election to be held
on Tuesday, June 7, 1994
MOTION: By Councilman Luna, seconded by Councilwoman Borgeson to
adopt Resolution No. 23-94, Option #B; motion carried 3:0.
3. ADJOURNMENT:
At 5:46 p.m., the City Council adjourned the Special Meeting to a Closed Session set
for Friday, March 25, 1994 at 6:15 p.m. for purposes of considering public employee
appointment (Community Services Director).
