AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
MV Transportation, Inc.
for
Transit Services
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between
the CITY of ATASCADERO, a Municipal Corporation ("City"), and MV Transportation,
Inc. ("Contractor"):
REGARDING ITEM (3) TIME OF PERFORMANCE of the existing Agreement dated
April 1, 2014:
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended to June 30, 2018;
REGARDING ITEM EXHIBIT B - COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Exhibit B is hereby modified as follows:
Contractor will be compensated monthly for services on an hourly basis of $29.69 per
hour during the term July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 with a not-to-exceed cap of
$139,391.62.
All other terms of the original Agreement remain in effect.
