General Plan Designation: D Zoning District: DC Proposed Environmental Determination: The project qualifies for a Class 1 exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA): Existing Facilities (Section 15301) for operation, maintenance and permitting of an existing facility; Minor Alterations to Land (Section 15304) for modifications to the vacant pad associated with the establishment of the accessory use; and New Construction of Small Structures (Section 15303) for the construction of the proposed kiosk.
