NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council will
meet in a special open session on Wednesdays December 21 , 1988,
at 11:30 a.m. in the City Manager' s Office, City Administration
Building, 6500 Palma Avenue, Rm. 207 . The purpose of said meet-
ing is to adopt a resolution ratifying the declaration of a local
.emergency on Thursday, December 15 , 1988.
