The proposal includes 72 one (1) bedroom units and 136 two (2) bedroom units. The applicant is proposing utilizing a density bonus for high quality architectural design which is permitted with City Council approval in the City’s adopted General Plan. General Plan Designation: High Density Residential (HDR) Zoning District: Residential Multi-Family (RMF-20) Staff Recommendation: DRC provide comments on site plan / architecture to staff and recommend approval with any modifications to the Planning Commission.
