NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held
before the Atascadero City Council to consider the approval of
ordinances providing for development fees on new residential ,
commercial and industrial construction impacting the Amapoa-
Tecorida area, the Lewis Avenue Bridge and impacting the commu-
nity, in general.
Said public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 11,
1986, at 7 :30 p.m. in the Rotunda Room of the Administration
Building, located at 6500 Palma Ave. , Atascadero, at which hear-
ing any person interested may appear and express his/her views
for or against or in modification of the proposed Development
Impact Fees Ordinances.
