Project Title: PLN-2099-0024/CUP-2004-0123 Woodridge Multi-Family / Las Lomas
Village Apartments
Project Location: 9000 Calle Milano, Dechado Ct., Ciruela Way, Los Olivos Circle,

(San Luis Obispo County) APN’s 045-311-014, 045-311-015,
045-311-016
Project Description
& Proposed
Request:
The applicant is requesting that the DRC waive the current requirement for
installation of No Parking signs on Calle Milano. The applicant states that
this requirement is not applied to the rest of the Las Lomas project, and there
is adequate width on the street to accommodate on-street parking.
The DRC previously reviewed the same request on October 23, 2013. The
DRC referred this item back to staff for addition review.
At the meeting staff will present an engineered parking layout that would
provide parking along one side of Callie Milano, between the apartment
entry gate and Eliano Street for the Design Review Committee’s
consideration. Any change to allow on -street parking on Calle Milano, west
of Eliano Street would be subject to a specific plan amendment process
requiring Planning Commission review and City Council approval.
