NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Atascadero, at its Joint Study Session with the City's Planning
Commission on Tuesday, September 29, 1992, adjourned said meeting
to Thursday, October 8, 1992 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers located in the Rotunda on the 4th floor of City Hall, to
meet in Closed Session for purposes of discussions relating to
personnel matters and labor negotiations. Following said Closed
Session, the City Council will adjourn to Open Session.

LEE RABOIN, being fully sworn, deposes, and says: That she is
the duly elected City Clerk of the City of Atascadero and that on
September 30, 1992, she caused the above Notice to be posted on the
doors of the City's Administration Building at which action to
adjourn was taken, in Atascadero, California.
